Social Worker Interview?

I need to interview a social worker and a counselor for children. We could do it over e-mail, but I need it by Tuesday (March 11) so if anyone can help me out, that would be amazing. There are just a few questions, nothing hard or taxing and should only take a few minutes. Need a response ASAP, thanks.

This position requires a lot of independent thinking and initiative.  There is minimal supervision.  Could you handle that?

How would your weaknesses interfere with your ability to do this job?

Would you rather draw up plans and design a program or be responsible for implementing a program?  Why?
