Social anxiety/oxytocine?

I have social anxiety disorder but I take classes that require a lot of in class discussion. In one class, it's 50% of my grade. I tried paxil for it but it made me tragically depressed. I decided then that I didn't want to take medicine. I know that studies show that oxytocine helps relieve social anxiety. I was wondering if there is something I can take or do to help increase my oxytocine...or if there are different routes. Basically any advise would be helpful.

  1. I HAVE SUFFERED WITH SOCIAL ANXIETY FOR YEARS THE BEST MEDICINE I HAVE USED IS CELEXA AND VALIUM IN SMALL DOSES. THIS HELPS ALOT.
