Of course there are! Friends and relatives disappear thru death or dislocation, the family disperses to uncertain futures, everything of value degrades in value or substance, and some shadowy figure may loom at the utmost inconvenient time or place.

Uncertainty keeps one off-balance- that's a certainty.

True, there are some who have few fears for the future, tho I would guess they are  in the minority.

As you get older, sometimes you feel coldness from others,

and that's why some old people gets angry or aggressive towards others, but we need to understand that we are going to get old as well, so we need to respect the elderly, and help them whenver or wherever situation we are at with them. . .

Volunteer to help them, if you have spare time. . .

Volunteer takes time and Love to do it. . .

I would probably be pretty d**n cranky myself if I had to wear diapers again.  I am sure that, that does not answer your questions, but I am not sure what your questions is asking. I thought I would put my two sense in either way-
