i have been workin really hard tryin to find something related to "The Conflict between Japanese and Western worldviews", but have had no succces. could ya guys please help by giving some points, or facts about this. thanks

Start by looking up collectivism vs. individualism.  Japanese culture is collectivistic and Western culture is individualistic,
