Does anybody know what the social welfare in australia is? I am doing a report on it. Please help me!!!

  1. I'm not sure what you're actually asking.  If you are talking about social security payments (?), maybe look up centrelink.gov.au.

    You might have to be more specific sorry.

    And they call them pension here - not benefits ..

    We have universal health care (Medicare), unemployment and disability benefits, aged pensions, carer's pensions, childcare benefits, student allowances and heaps more for specific needs.

    Centrelink is the Government agency that administers the social welfare system.
