Does any1 know more information on what a senondment in social work is and the general terms and conditions?

  1. A secondment is the transfer of a person from one are of work to other duties - in social work this could be the transfer from whatever you are currently doing to something else - so if you do child welfare - maybe being transfered to adoptions or adult welfare.
