  1. More like Liberal Fascism vs Socialism Lite....  woe iz us

  2. No, socialism revolves around controls of the means of production.  There has never been a discussion around state controlled means of production.

  3. Yes when you boil it down.

Capitalism has made this country great. Socialism will tear it apart.

  4. Sure bring it on, I want to get a good laugh at republicans.

  5. No. It's about the economy at this point.

  6. I think calling Barack a socialist is about the dumbest thing yet. So no it isn't.

  7. Only if you are a Republican and buy into the GOP talking points. The rest of us know better.

  8. Looks that way.  Why else would the Socialist International send delegations from various Socialist governments (lots of ex-communists in there) already in place to a convention ostensibly promoting the election of an American President?

George Soros converted to Socialism after setting himself, and a handful of other extremely rich people, up nicely through the manipulation of international markets and currencies (to h#ll with the misery it creates).  Now International Socialism provides a means towards his "Open Society" after Karl Popper.

You can spot Open Society advocates worldwide through their rhetoric when they encounter resistance:  when frustrated, they sound like KGB interrogators and Stalinist propagandists.  Both Stalinism and the Open Society promote Anti-Americanism and anti-Israel (read antisemitic-----yeah, that's right, but they don't care) sentiment.   The difference between the two is that the Open Society advocates hate Moscow because Moscow is an impediment to their own expansion.

The unethical, unchecked economic imperialism effected in the name of the Open Society is also directly responsible for resentment of the United States and capitalism in general, as many do not understand that the Open Society manipulations of world economies are warped, extreme manifestations of capitalism, masterminded from those who subsidize the radical Left in the United States (a country they hate anyway).

I empathize very much with the people and cultures who feel trapped between Open Society Imperialism and that of Moscow, those who wish to have self-determination and maintain cultural integrity.

  9. Yes, that and our freedom and independence. Everything is at stake.Globalization, the new world order, big brother, a cashless society and the mark of the beast ( see antichips.com ).Obama once said "American's shouldn't be able to fill our tanks without asking permission from the rest of the world first".

  10. Capitalism vs. Socialism is indeed one crucial aspect of this election.  Obama is far left by US standards, and wants to socialize many aspects of the economy.

Socialism (at least classical Marxist socialism) also takes the position that all conflicts in society arise from economic injustice.  This point of view does not accept the idea that religious beliefs can affect political reality in any way.  Consequently, it will see no danger in the movement to conquer the world for Islam.  It's curious, though, because most strictly socialist nations actually worked hard to discourage religion; the reason isn't quite clear to me, since religion is not an economic issue.  Anyway, modern socialism seems more tolerant toward religion.

  11. Not at all.....

It's about either continuing the corruption or bringing it to a halt....

I myself am an ethical type of dude.

  12. No, it's about the role of government in this country, and whether we cleave to the founding beliefs of this country, as embodied in the Constitution, or if we "interpret" the liberty and limited government away.

  13. Yes!  Not only that, but defending our very way of life.  Obama has made it clear that he will pander and compromise with foreigners who dont have our best interest at heart to say the least.

  14. Yep - and we all know how socialist economies turn out!

BTW - Obama and Biden are 2 of the 3 most liberal senators!

  15. No!  It's about the people taking our government back .  I'm not talking about capitalism - I'm talking about gouging the middle class, taking away our rights, instilling an aura of fear and suspicion, about pandering for the favor of huge corporations, about putting up walls and torturing human beings, hiring mercenaries to do the dirty work.

There's a bumper sticker that says it all,

"If you're not outraged, you're not paying attention."

  16. Capitalism v. Capitalism, that's what this election is about.

  17. No, not really.  Both candidates are capitalists.  Socialism = workers control of the means of production.

  18. pretty much

that and a massive push by Obama to save Africa once and for all

as if it was our responsibility to save Africa

Africa should try to save itself
