Do you think ancient societies were as concerned about the environment as modern societies are today? Do you think they took care of the environment better than we do, or did they also contribute to the destruction of the environment as some societies do today?

  1. Only the indian nations and other native people.

  2. I don't think they cared about the environment not because they didn't care but because of naivety and ignorance for survival. There was a lot of myths as to why things happened in those days whereas nowadays there's a lot of science involved to explain why things happen. Religion also had a lot to do with it.

It also might not seem like it but there was hunger and famine in the ancient days as well and nations collapesed and died because of it so they did what had to be done by eating whatever animal they could find even eating each other thus cannibalism.

But if you read up about evolution about 99% of animals that ever lived on earth are extinct not because of humans but because of nature. Nature is cruel in itself and only the animals more adapted to their environment will survive. Thus here we are.

  3. unno y u put this in glbt section but some socioties did help the environment, think about the native Americans they only took what they needed and used as much of dead buffalo as they could so they didn't waste it but other socioties didn't know anything about global warming like the people in the English industrial revolution polited so much without even thinking

Try and think about catagory placement in the future though
