PTSD is considered to be abnormal in the functional and medical approach, but could it be normal in some cultures and abnormal in others?

Do some cultures think that if someone has PTSD its a punishment from god, or some kind of gift?

Take a look at those war-torn countries, where gang violence and oppression is the rule.

PTSD is a way of life for those people.
