My College Instructor Was Lecturing About Cultures and Norms. He Said Something about being materialistic:Valuing Objects more than people.

I Then Though To Myself,

What if you value people more,but are unable to interact with the & Are Therefore forced to rely on objects?

What would You Call That?

  1. It's the right word... the other word your looking for is humanitarian... they put human life over objects....  


  2. Materialism places worth on consumables and profits and often will make judgement on others according to what they have or what their potential might be. People who have difficulty interacting are introverted and has little to do with being materialistic.  

  3. Then you have doomed yourself to living a very lonely life. Surrounded with objects, but none to share them with. I would call that Sad.
