  1. 1. Race is a group of people related by common decent and or heredity.

    2. I believe that race plays little role in love...common race among two individuals can add to commonalities but that does not mean that they will match each other.

    3. I believe all races face discrimination in their own way even the North American race.  There are many races talked about more than others such as Middle Eastern, African and Asian but that is mostly due to the media and not because people have made that decision on their own...usually media plays a significant role in which race will be picked on next.

    4. Race relations have mostly changed on paper...some people do not see race anymore and treat all individuals as equal humans but there are still those who have not changed with the times and may never change.  They are also the same people who possibly teach their children the same hatred they have against races.  They may also be the ones who have moved from one racial group (African American) to another (Middle Eastern) just because one seems to be more social acceptable.

  3. 1) Race is based on ethnic origin and/or skin color.

    2) I'm not a huge fan of them for practical reasons, but I don't hold it against anyone if they are in one.  It's just not for me.

    3) Probably Muslims at this point in time.

    4) Yes, they have changed dramatically.  Minority groups that were once oppressed now have much more opportunity and equality than in the past.  Minority groups in general, and blacks in particular, need to understand that there must come a time when they just accept that the past is the past and we must now look to the future.  By clinging to these old grudges and stereotypes of whites being power hungry racists, they are perpetuating what animosity is left between the races.  Take Rev. Wright for instance...
