Sorry for guessing but I'll put what I fill could be the answers.

1.False (the reasoning I thought of are animals and how they can learn traits from other animals so it doesn't have to be from there specific species)

2.True (I see are culture as the media and such around us which does effect are behaviors.)

2. Automatically I feel you can toss out B)12,000(It's in the Millions) so that leaves A,C,and D I'd go for C since I believe that's the time of Neandarthals 10million years ago.
