Sociology of Employment?

Are you a person who is scared of job training? Are you afraid of going into a new job and messing up because you did not fully understand the training sessions?

Let's face it: good job performance depends on the trainer's ability to get the message across clearly and to the point.

I have been to job trianing sessions where the trainers talk like they have a sock on their mouths.

I have also been to QUICK training sessions where I got lost after the first few words.

Do you get my point?

My question: How does one overcome the fear of job training when our survival depends on our ability to do the AS REQUESTED by the boss?

Are you getting any of this?

  1. Well i have been prone to take notes, sure if no one else id taking notes you may come across as being slower but in the long run you will be more proficient at your job,if you forget something ,go to your palm pilot and look it up in your office ,cubicle or restroom. When your jobs demands that you memorize alot of info ,then you better get it pat.A doctor has to know his stuff and in your job you have to know yours in order to be the best ,know your job and everythng will fall in place for you while your there.
