  1. Illegal immigeants seem to be taking more and more jobs away from americans.  Illegal immagrants are applying for jobs, and they are being offered jobs more then americans who are job searching.  Eventually there will be no more places for people to live, and with high morgage rates, a lot of people are lossing their homes.

  2. Immigration isn't the issue really.  It's a fear people have.  Many immigrants do jobs Americans don't wanna do and make a lot less than joe blow anyway.

The truth is that the only things crowded or overpopulated are the cities.  Everyone wants to be entertained and buy lots of c**p, so they wanna be where the malls and the shops are... which costs.  Economic problems are our own fault.  We put up with corporations making record profits on gas as we sit idly by wondering where our moneys going.  We live above our means.  We run up debt.

People that were born here have just as many kids as immigrants.  Look at all the twin and triplet strollers being sold to well-to-do families.  Look at the booming baby businesses.  There isn't a real overpopulation going on.  People just feel that way because they're being squashed in tighter and tighter.  Forced to live closer and closer together due to the areas they decide to reside in.  Country folk don't have that issue.   People are also uncomfortable with who's moving next door.  Even people in safe and gated communities express fear of that sort.  It's a fear of those who don't look like them.
