Socset Reward most likely to win Freddy Farmer Dash Stakes
Socset Reward has got a great chance of dominating the Freddy Farmer Dash Stakes at Crayford in England on Friday, August 10, 2012. A victory in the Grade A2 event will earn him a cash prize of £133 at the end of the day.
There are a couple of more decent runners like Cape Dance and Dacent James, who can win the 380 metres flat race today, but they will have to be at their absolute best in order to give a tough time to the favourite hound, who has been priced 11 to 4 by the
bookmakers.
Looking at the recent performances of Socset Reward, the punters will definitely be risking a lot of bets on him. He is young and fit enough to challenge his opponents for victories with consistency.
The J. Luckhurst’s trainee took part in a few trial runs at the start of his career and gave some reasonable performances in them. Apart from his debut outing, he raced at Oxford for quite a long time before moving to Crayford in 2012.
The young hound brought up his maiden victory in a Grade A7 event, where he was rated as the favourite to succeed. He had to work extremely hard back then, but managed to take the top spot by a short head distance in the end.
Although, the blue dog failed to win races with consistency, yet he kept on delivering some solid results for his team. He has never participated in a Grade A2 event before, thus it will be a challenge for him to shine in this class straight away.
Boherduff Light’s son out of Memphis started his career at Crayford with a few trial runs, just like he did on his debut. His first real challenge came in May 2012, when he participated in a Grade A6 race. Despite not being rated as the favourite to win,
he took the top spot by three quarters, which was an encouraging sign for his team.
Since then, Socset Reward has been running at this venue regularly and his performances have been good. He finished first in his most recent race, thus he must be confident of yet another strong show.
