Soda with low sugar and no Aspartame? Is there such a thing?

I am addicted to Coca Cola, it sounds sad I know but when I wake up I have to have one and I usually have about 3 by the end of the day.

I am currently trying to cut out my sugar intake but do not want to drink Coke Zero or anything diet because of the Aspartame.

Are there any soft drinks similar to Coke, Dr Pepper, Root Beer, etc that have less sugar than the 39g in one can of Coke?

Perhaps something organic?

I'm not sure if there is but if you know of something let me know. :)

  1. Wean yourself off of pop and try drinking water with  some cucumber ane lemon

  2. Simple. Mix plain seltzer with soda. That's what I used to do (I quit soda years ago). But stick with a brand that actually uses sugar like Boylans.

Coca-Cola uses HFCS (high fructose corn syrup). HFCS turns to liquid fat in your blood stream because it is not natural like cane.  Cane goes to your pancreas whereas hfcs goes to your liver. HFCS is not sugar!!!

A little reading on the subject of HFCS may change your mind to ever using it again. I left some real good reading links on the subject. Hope you find it of value.

    Good luck !

  3. Diet Rite but it has splenda in it and that can calsify your kidneys.

  4. TAB....if you can find it.
