Soderling splits from his coach
The Swedish number one tennis ace Robin Soderling has recently split from his trainer Magnus Norman. The former world number four Soderling started to train by Norman just two years ago when he was world number thirty-five.
In a very recent statement the Swedish ace Robin has told the world about the reason behind his split from Norman. In the statement, Soderling has told that his former world number two tennis coach Magnus Norman wants to give sometime to his family and he
is more busy with his personal life these days and that is why he cannot coach Soderling on regular bases.
The coaching of the Swede Norman has definitely changed the game of Soderling up to a very higher extent. It is to be noted that the thirty-four year old Norman started to train Soderling just two years ago and his coaching has made Soderling a brilliant
player. Moreover Soderling has improved his international ranking from thirty-five to five in just two years which is a vivid proof of Norman’s tremendous capacity of coaching.
In the statement posted by Soderling, the twenty-six year old said that his time with Magnus was truly unforgettable as tennis coaches like Norman are hard to find. He continued and said that he has enjoyed the two best years of his professional tennis career
with Magnus Norman and he is very thankful to him.
Soderling added that it was a great time with Norman and his game has improved to a very higher level. The Swede said that Norman had faith in him and he cannot ignore the help of his compatriot Magnus Norman during his career.
No doubt Norman has given Soderling the right momentum and training to thrash any strong rival of the tennis world. Soderling had recently clutched the international fourth rank of tennis before he was overtaken by the British tennis ace Andy Murray for
the fourth spot of tennis.
Moreover Robin Soderling was the only player who has beaten the current world number one tennis star Rafael Nadal in the French Open Grand Slam in 2009. It is also to be notified that Soderling is one of the few players of the world who has beaten the current
world number two tennis legend from Switzerland Roger Federer.
The capacity and credibility of Robin Soderling cannot be ignored as he is one of the few players in the tennis world who has thrashed the current biggest stars of tennis.
Soderling said that it would have been great to continue with Magnus Norman but it is the time to move on. He said that currently Magnus cannot gather much time for him and his career is at the point where he needs a coach who can help him throughout the
day. He added that he wants to give his full to his career as he wants to improve his game further more to improve his international ranking.
The Swedish veteran told that the decision of splitting is probably the most suitable decision for both of them as Norman is busy with his personal matters and he needs a proper coach to improve his skills.
The coaching of Magnus has made Soderling motivated and inspired but after getting split the world number five would have to search a new coach to keep his physical and mental fitness up to the mark. Now the real challenge for the Swede has just started
has now he has to continue his training without a coach for sometime before he could find a new trainer for him.
As the fans of the Swedish tennis stars, Norman Magnus and Robin Soderling we can wish them both a good luck and just hope for the best.
