Soft sunny condo market?

Question

i will be paying cash for a condo in 3 yrs (100k) ,what markets look to be the best for sun and cash purchuse.i know houses are cheap but i am lazy and won't do yard work or maintaince.i like apartments.i read where miami,fl is real soft right now.is there a strong upswing anticipated or any other sugestions?

I lived in a condo for 4 years.  Never mowed a lawn and the pool was sparkling clean every day without me doing anything.   Miami would be the perfect place to start.  The danger area is that many HOA's are voting to not allow landlords or rentals.  Which means you better be prepared to move into your condo... or let it sit empty.  .
