  1. Keep your butt low, body squared off to the ball, and work your glove from the ground up, move the minute the ball is hit. Make an effort to have your shoulders square when throwing the ball to the desired area on the field, if possible step into the ball.

  2. the trick to getting grounders is to keep you glove on the ground and keep your eye on the ball

and for aming just step toward your target when you throw

  3. not trying to be mean or anything

  4. Grounders- Stay low. Practice staying in a crouching position while sliding back and forth and while doing that lower your glove a pretend you're fielding the ball. At our high school softball strength and conditioning we set up cones in a close rectangle and run forward, crouch and run left facing forward than pretend to field the ball, run backwards while still crouched pretend to field, and then run to the right while crouched.

Aiming- I've always heard, "Never aim while throwing" It's more of a natural thing. Just follow through and it'll go where you want it.
