Anyone ever succeed in softening up the rock-hard bottom of a heavybag?

I take it down and roll it around on the floor sometimes, but that doesn't seem to do much good.

Anyone have any success with this, or any other tricks for softening up a heavybag that has settled?

  1. If you can open it, try to replace or rearrange the filling... or beat the h**l out of it.

  2. that will happen when you have been hitting it for a long time and then it will be time to get a new one. there is a reason it is called a heavy bag. perhaps you have one that you are simply not ready to use and you should have gotten a lighter one?

  3. this might help.. grab a filipino turncoat sports columnist, or a abs-cbn  ch 2 puffer fish look alike tv host. and bang their faces on a heavy bag,.. that might help, better pick a lead pipe and beat the h**l out of their faces,.. the heavy bag might get damaged if you hit it with a lead pipe,, their faces, nevermind theyre useless scum anyway,...

  4. beat the h**l out of it
