Lets say that I create a computer program that interacts with another electronic device, for example I create a program that will allow people to load music to their iPod and I sell the the software to people at £10 per license am I breaking the law by not informing Apple Inc or paying them royalties?

FYI I know that you can use iTunes, this is merely a hypothetical scenario.

  1. You can only sale licences if you are licenced.

    Basically you need to register your system.
