Software--Innovage Digital Photo Keychain

Question

I bought this for my sister--the software didn't load--she call 800#--they gave website to download software--she still couldn't get anything so gave up and gave it back to me. I downloaded (?) software--charged item, etc. still get message of "no photo viewer found--program terminated" My computer says program size is 3.54MB--I thought download somewhere said size was more like 1075--I downloaded, removed and tried again. Nothing happens when trying to download from the mscustomercare.com site.Any ideas?
