Can anyone suggest a freeview software where I can recorde channels, and enable me to tranfer the recording to my MP4 player?

  1. Avermedia do PC cards & USB digital TV decoders.

    The software allows you to record TV, pause TV etc.

    Saved in an MPEG format normally (can be written to DVD so expect other media players can read it / be converted to read it)
