Solar Cells in Dallas?

I'm looking to buy some very small solar cells. Are there any stores in Dallas, Texas that have any (aside from Radio Shack).

Also any other websites that may have some (Solarbotics.com has some, but their shipping prices are ridiculous)

Try Fry's Electronics (frys.com) in the Solar Kits section. They have a bunch of different components and things there... almost too much.
