Solar Eclispe will be when?

Question

I know here in New York we wont be able to see the Eclispe (and Im so mad) but what time would it be happening? Not the china or canada times but New York time.

And Because my zodiac sign is the leo- what will happen to me? Will I feel something because of the Eclispe. my planet sign is the sun- but I think Im part Cancer because I was born on July 24 and that is close to the begging of the leo cycle (July 23). And cancer's plant is the moon. So will something happen when they line up.

well, in canada eastern time, its from 4 am to 8am for total eclipse, but since you are in new york, u probably dont want canada time.

as for the zodiac sign, i happen to know this one, when there is an eclipse, it usually affects leo, it will devastate the life of the leo for a period of time, during which, the leo him/herself will go crazy and always afraid of surroundings, this is because leo like yourself is not as educated as the other signs, so you will ignore any fact science can provide for you and believe in myth.
