Can you advise me where to get solar panels for domestic use and how does it work? Do I need batteries also (if yes, then please advise the brand and cost also)? Please explain me the functions of the solar energy ...

Its interesting you asked this and I saw it today. Earlier today I was in Barnes and Nobles and saw a book on how to integrate solar devices into your home. From the panels to water heaters, electricity, etc.... You might want to check it out.

Ebay sells a lot of solar products just go to ebay India website and search for suppliers of solar products.

Better give a contract to known solar suppliers as they will give you everything you need search word "solar" and call up the contractors/suppliers for more queries.
