Solar Inground Pool Heater?

We are looking into getting solar heating because our gas heater is toast, We are specifically looking at the sunheater model, i was wondering if these are any good (in-ground pool) any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You could make one yourself, pvc pipe, flat black paint, a small wood frame with plexiglass over the top?

Solar collectors only add two months to your swim season and work best in the spring to fall seasons.  Though they do work in the winter bringing your water temps up 5* a gas fired heater works much better when heating in winter!
