Solar Panel Material?

Is the material used to make the solar panel in the picture above (of a solar-powered garden light) multi-crystalline silicon? Or is it something else? If the latter, could someone please tell me what it is?

It's hard to tell because of the poor photography (the angle should have been selected to get rid of the glare), but that does look like polycrystalline silicon to me.
