Solar Power Cooling the Planet?

Would solar panels on the roofs of all homes and buildings would cool the planet and counter global warming by reflecting the Sun's energy into space?

no it wont it would just simply reflect light from your home and to somewhere else but never back into space

Solar panels are black in color, which will result in an absorption of heat during the day.  This heat will re-radiate back to space at night.  If panels were white, they would reflect light, and actually wouldn't collect solar power!
