If it isn't cloudy, you should see at least a partial eclipse, but it won't be much of one.  Lebanon is too far south.

Hi Lebanon.  

Much of Asia sees Friday's solar eclipse, but in Lebanon you would see only the tiniest graze of the sun's northern edge.

In Lebanon, the partial eclipse officially starts at 1:17 p.m. Lebanon Summer Time.  At mid-eclipse, 1:44 p.m., less than 2% of the solar disc is eclipsed, so even with welder's glasses, you'd hardly notice that the sun is anything but a perfect circle.  It's not the best eclipse for you.

A very shallow partial eclipse. Unless you are watching carefully, you won't see anything at all.
