Solar panel cell phone overcharge?

Question

I was just wondering, if I charge my phone with this small solar panel, will the battery overcharge if i leave it too long, or will the phone stop charging the battery by itself. If it does overcharge, what can i buy to prevent this from happening. I have the Verizon Alias.

Is this a homemade product?  Commercial chargers (regardless of original power source) use a programmed charge that balances charge time with battery life.  If the solar charger has similar circuitry, then it won't overcharge your cell phone battery any more than leaving your phone plugged in at home will.
