Sold My Truck, Got $ Including Delivery, Pd. Shipping, Now The Women Wants $ Back, But It Is Already Spent...?

Okay, I sold the truck online. The women sent me money for the truck and for shipping. I sent the money western union to shipper of her choice (someone she knows.) Now, she is sending me an emai saying she needs the money back for something else and is cancelling the shipping. However, the check cleared the account, I paid the shipping, and used the money for something. (The entire reason i HAD to sell my truck). So now what? Should I be responsible for her just changing her mind when I obligated the money elseware. What are my rights... I told her to just continue shipping, and resell the truck... What else am I really responsible for... This was a closed deal. Any advice would be great. thanks

You still have the truck? It has not yet been shipped? Hmmm...I'd say she still takes the truck, a deal is a deal. You may need to consult an attorney, this could get ugly.

go to the dmv and file a change of ownership form, give them the name and address of the person who bought the truck.

you are now off the hook for the vehicle, go ahead and cancel the insurance.

let the lady know what you did.  

the shipping company should be picking the car up, f not call them and ask why.

you paid them right?

tell her to move the vehicle or you will have it towed at her expense.

Well, I ain't  no lawyer but you completed the terms of the contract.  Is not like she got a lemon and is complaining.

She should have not changed her mind after sending the money.
