Ok full details:
I posted an auction on ebay for an MMO Game and account. I read up on how to do this so, which most places said "Don't" to be 100% safe. But either way, they said if you had too, make sure the auction is for something physical and not just virtual since paypal doesn't cover that - and that if something did happen, paypal could go in anyone's favor, but generally the buyer. So I did that, My auction was for the game disks but with free bonus ( the account ). "This auction is for the game disks its self" was the actual description I used. So it sells and my first mistake (after trying to sell it, that is) was probably giving him the account info before shipping out the disks - but I have e-mails of him telling me doesn't want the disks, just the info - and of me giving him the info and him saying "Got it, it works, thanks..". But a few days later - I get a dispute on paypal. He's saying he never got the bonus ( account ). Granted he left me positive feedback after he got the account via ebay. And I have tracking numbers for the Physical game disks, which were the auctions' goods. So, will this go in my favor? I gave no warrenties on the bonus and it was just a freebie. It seems he's trying to keep the account and take his money. But since I have those emails and the tracking number for the disks - will this be enough to cover me? What should I tell paypal?
