Sold item on ebay to buyer with -1 feedback, ok to ship?

Question

I just had a buyer with -1 feedback purchase an expensive item I had as a buy it now. They paid via paypal, and I transferred the money to my bank account. I was wondering if it was ok to ship the item? Or should I wait for the money to go into my bank account? I'm new to this paypal ebay seller thing. I am afraid I will get scammed by this buyer since they have -1 feeback.

People who use Paypal can only do so if they have a credit card or money in their Paypal account; so it's OK to ship the merchandise to him since it's already been paid for.  But if it makes you feel more secure then wait until the money's been posted to your bank account - could take a couple of days.
