  1. you don't have to sale it to him again, since he refused to pick it up the first time, there's no law on selling on e-bay that says your obligated to give him first chance at it,it was his loss when he didn't take it the first time,so this would totally be up to you, since your the seller, and he has made no payment you can refuse to go through this again with him,if he really wants it,and you decide to sell it to him again make sure you get a cash payment this time, good luck ,myself i would decline to sell it to him, chances are you,ll have problems from this buyer on this deal.

  2. He failed to pick it up.

    So, No you dont.

    its his loss.

  3. you dont have to. But if he paid for it you do. He has reciept for paying for it but failed to pick it up. By law he has the right to pick it up.

  4. You could sell it to him again but you might need up paying for reinlisting fees again. Make him pay a little more for it this time.

  5. have him bid on it again through ebay or send him a second chance.

  6. No.

  7. If he wants it, and you paid Ebay a commission the first time, I would sell it for nothing less than the first agreed sales price, plus the cost of any extra commission you paid because of his misdealings.

And I would ask for cash - no personal check.

  8. Answer to question:

No, you do not have to and frankly, I would not. I would tell him he had already gotten his chance and he is no longer eligible to get it. He sounds like a bad person to deal with! You need to get in touch with Ebay Admin and find out what the policy is on that! Good Luck!

  9. There's an old saying that applies here.

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

  10. Maybe he is your "arch nemisis" and does not want you to sell it - ergo--make any money, so he will continue to put in the winning bid and default on picking it up, which means you have not sold it again for 17 days.

  11. Depend solely on the listed critiria/information on the auction.

If you have included some wording along the line of

".... Once auction end...... If winner do no respond, non paying......  after 7 days will void auction...."

If not, than you might still have to sell it to him.
