Question:

Soligor to Canon?

I have about $3000 worth of old lenses I inherited from my grandmother when she passed and I just ordered a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi. Is there a lens adapter for Soligor Lenses to Canon Cameras. These Soligor lenses are probably all the way from the 1970's.

  1. Possibly but you need to determine what mount the lenses have first. Is it a Miranda mount? There are Soligor lenses with Nikon, Minolta and Pentax mounts as well. There are also movie camera lenses.

Keep in mind though that even if you find a converter they will not autofocus. You will also have to manually set the aperture. They probably wont meter properly either.
