i'm doing a prac report and I don't know the answer to a couple of the questions. the prac was where you have 4grams of KClO3 and you disolve it in 10mL of water over heat until the crystals disolve, then you take it off the heat and keep stirring it until the crystals start to form and you record the temperature. Why is it important to keep stirring? What effect would the formation of a supersaturated solution have on the results? and why is it important to record the temperature when the crystals appear rather than when they dissolve?Thank you for any help
