Solutions for tokophobia?

Would like to find out if there are any tokophobics on Yahoo that I could talk to or any support forums out there for fear of childbirth especially in the UK. I wondered if any tokophobics out there have adopted children and if it was difficult or they encountered prejudice. I know this is a problem that affects a great number of women.

Primary tokophobia is the fear of childbirth which pre-dates pregnancy and can start in adolescence.

I have this.It's probably a big contributing factor as to why I don't want a child.I'd like help too!
