    e^4 / e^(3x) = e^6

    usign exponent rules subtract exponents

    e^(4 - 3x) = e^6

    now equate exponents

    4 - 3x = 6

    - 3x = 6-4 =2

    x = - 2/3


  2. e^4 / e^(3x) = e^6

    e^(4 - 3x) = e^6

    4 - 3x = 6

    - 2 = 3x

    x = - 2/3
