  2. 2x + 4 > 7

    1. Subtract 4 from each side.

    2x > 3

    2. Divide by 2.

    x > 3/2

  4. 2x>3 (sub 4 from each side)

    x>3/2 (divide each side by 2)

    x>1.5 (simplify)
