I work at a bar.

We have two guys who are regulars there and friends with the owner.

They both come in once a week.

One of the two guys came in and I started flirting with him.

He returned it and started to invite me to parties and whatnot.

We started texting each other and talking on the phone.

We planned to hang out one evening and he texted me saying he was running behind.

Two hours later I gave up.

He never called or texted me again and its been almost a week.

Better yet, his friend came in and was teasing me about how I was flirting with him. So apparently he doesn't hate me.

What do you think happened to him?

  1. Sorry to break it to you but I'm guessing that he's just not that into you. Have you ever read the book - He's Just Not That Into You? It's by the writers of s*x and the City. Anyways, there's a chapter about how if a guy does a disappearing act on you, he's just not that into you. But so what? You're wasting your time on such an immature player. He flirts and then he flees? What a child! He's obviously not somebody you want to waste your time to have a relationship with.
