  1. im not sure , since f = t then t = 2 therefore its

    = 2 (2)²  - 4(2) - 1

    = 8 - 8 - 1

    = - 1

    Good luck!

  2. you should put 2 in place of t and solve ..the answer is =  -1

  3. simply plug in the '2'

    so that would be:

    f(t) = 2t² - 4t - 1

    f(2) = 2(2^2) - 4(2) - 1

    f(2) = 2(4) - 8 - 1

    f(2) = 8 - 8 - 1

    f(2) = -1

  4. f(2) simply means to substitute 2 in place of the variable t.  So

    f(2) = 2(2^2) - 4(2) -1 = 8 - 8 - 1 = -1
