four men, ed,fred,jed, and ted are going to the bank.the black haired guy has 40 dollars.jed has as much money as the other three together.fred,who has 10 dollars less then ted, would have had more, but he spent some of it to have his hair dyed blonde.the bald fellow is broke. all together they have 80 dollars. what is the red heads name?and how much money does he have?

The red head is Ted, and has $25.

If all together they have $80, and Jed has as much money as the other three together, then Jed must have $40, which makes him the black haired guy.

Fred is blonde.  He has money, and $10 less than Ted.  Since they both have money, then Ed must be the Bald guy who is broke.

This leaves Ted to be the red head.  Together they have $40, and Fred has $10 less than Ted, so Ted has $25.
