I'm shown a right triangle. At the bottom right corner it says 30 degrees. The left side (straight up) says 1. The hypotenuse says x. How do I solve this problem?

  1. sin30 degrees = 1/x this is simple since sin of 30 degrees is .5 so the hypotenuse is 2  EDIT you use a trig table google it and it tells you that sin of 30 degrees is .5000 you should always have a trig table with you if you have trigonometry
