I've been trying to basically sign up but whenever i see a Sugn Up button or register. It just takes me back to the homepage! Really ticking me off and i'd seriously appreciate any help!

If I were you, I'd email the webmaster with the broken links. Ask if you can register another way until they get it fixed.
