Some 1 stole my car?

sum 1 stole my car and burned it out how long untill insurance pays up? they have not got the people who done it

every claim is classed a a fraudulent 1 until they prove otherwise. if the car is found then it should only take a few weeks but if its not found it could go on for months, I'm feel very sorry for you i would be gutted if that happened to me, best of luck

It will depend on how busy the insurance company is. The car will have to be towed to an approved disposal yard, then inspected by one of the insurance companys engineers. He will issue a disposal certificate and value the vehicle then send his report to the insurance company - who will then contact you with  their offer. If you agree a payment should follow fairly speedily - if you dont agree it will take as long as it takes to resolve.

If everything goes without hitch you could get a payment in about 3-4 weeks.

depends on your insurance co.  after the adjuster looks everything over and makes a final decision he can write you a check on the spot if he wants to.

Got  my  moped  stolen  last  year.  Just  paid  (MOT)  tax, insurance  and  rode  it  for  one  day  and  it's  gone.  All  that   money  spent  on  it  WASTED. Know  how  you  feel.
