Some Classic Aboriginal Foods?

I am creating a stage performance, and I need some aboriginal foods... Can I have a little help thinking of some?

I have:

Witchedy Grubs,

Snakes,

Leaves?

And from then on I am a bit stuck. Any help would be appreciated. :)

Traditional foods eaten around the Australia by the indigenous aboriginal people include: frogs, yams, honey and green ants, bardi and witchetty grubs, nectar, rock-pigeon eggs, acacia gum, truffles, mistletoe fruit, wallaby, kangaroo, bobtail, birds, grasses, pods, flowers, quandongs, mulga apples, goannas, emus, bees, barramundi, mullet, flour from pigweed and woollybutt seed, snakes, desert raisins, dingo pups, bandicoot, moths and mussels.

    leaves?? why the h**l would they eat them thay are people not koalas/possems or camels
