I have a project that like needs me to construct like a structure for my Social Studies subject. It Greek if you guys need to know :D. So far I have Parthenon on my list (Totally papercraft no other material except glue of course) but I need 1 more and I'm planning like a small house/shrine on a hill.

I need tips on landscaping:

How do i make hills?(What do i use? do i use soil?)

How can i make flora (like trees and shrubs and maybe some flowers)

Materials I can work with my second structure (house/temple on the hill) because i really have no idea coz the first one was just taken from the 'net.

I'd like it if it didnt require me to buy paint but if its really nesscesary for a good grade then its fine (if i can just print the stuff thats colored thats great!).

The 2 structures must be atleast 7 inches by height, heh that why i used hills and the Parthenon on a acropolis-like base XD.

Thanks very much for the help :D

    Good luck.

    Homework is homework after all.

  3. check out the model railroad section of the library, and look up woodland scenery at the local hobby shop they make just about everything you need in HO scale, from trees to people to buildings. You can even get dogs and cats. They sell on-line if you do not have a hobby shop local. Some parts are in lead so keep your hands and food separate if working with them just to be safe.  If working with the books they will tell you how to build it all from paper mache, and wire, and local hobby materials and build country to cities from scratch. if you need buildings you can get the proper materials in plastic from Squadron.com the hobby in your mail box, or so they call it. The product you are looking for is called Plasticstuct, it comes in all the shapes that architects use to build their presentation models for getting new contracts.

  4. Trees and bushes ...Michaels' Floral Dept. ;)))
