Some big guy walked up to us at wal mart?

we as in me and my friend went to wal mart to get some things. like food items. anyway when we walked out this big man was praising the lord"loudly" my friend went to go put the cart up and i was getting in the car

when she came back this big man approached us 4 gasoline. she said "how" he said "maybe couple dollars"

she said no im sorry i dnt have cash analyze my situation plz

He could have been a pervert trying to check you out and distract you to see if he can make his move on you. The man could be mentally ill and wants drugs or booze like previously said above me.

the guy is a begger looking for cash probably for the drinking or drug problem he obviously has. lots of street people out there talking to themselves and begging for money. add another reason to your list as to why "just say no" is the way to go. i see these kinds all the time. they never really want the gas nor do they really want the food when the cardboard signs say will work for food. or please help i am hungry.  they learned that asking for money for drugs or alcohol doesn't get as much response as asking for food or gas or phone change.
