The true answer to this is NO.  You cannot get Mayweather in SDvR08.  By the time the roster was set, Mayweather had yet to sign onto Wrestlemania, leaving the question of how THQ knew it would happen before it happened...  So, no.  He's not in the game.

Oddly enough, there are a lot of punching maneuvers in the game that would allow you to CREATE Mayweather if you'd like, but why is beyond me.
